Having high level of FSH

Iam 32 years and having 72.58 m IU/ml  and LH 17.38 mIU / ml dated 07.05.2010 and again I got tested on 23.10.2010 my FSH was 48.52 mIU /ml and regarding my ovaries the report is as follows: (dated 08.03.2008)

OVARIES: Both the ovaries are mildly reduced in size and normal in echotexture
                 .
Rt. Ovary measures : 15 * 8 * 14 mm – volume – 1 ml
Lt. Ovary measures : 16 * 16 * 10 mm – volume – 1.5 ml

Both the parametria are free, No e/o free fluid seen in POD

IMPRESSION: S/o Bilateral small sized ovaries.

Iam not mensturating regularly, when ever i have tablets then I get the periods, and iam unable to concieve (conceive) also.
Iam having Unani medicines for reducing my FSH which can be seen reduced by the above reports. Please please give me guidance what shall I do to conceive, whether i will be able to conceive or not.

Hi!
An FSH that is as elevated as yours is, means a poor prognosis for pregnancy.
Probably you have had elevated levels long enough to be considered to have premature ovarian failure.  The best option under these circumstances is donor eggs.  If you try IVF, it is likely that you will have a poor response to stimulation, and produce very few eggs.
At your age, if you are otherwise healthy, you should be an excellent candidate for a donor IVF cycle.

Nasreen - Now I cant conceive naturally, we cant have donor eggs as it is not allowed in religion, my eggs cant work out or iam unable to release eggs, please please explain what i have to do clearly.
