IUI Procedure

i had IUI on 16 aug. I went for a natural ovulation (no meds). I had a 16 mm follicle on    CD 11and when they did second U/S on CD 14 they  told  that  my  egg was just released and we caught it at the right moment.  My RE told me she is not happy with my estrogen levels i dont know what that means i asked her about my levels but she didnt tell me.she told me there is a chance of preg .If i dont get prg she will starts the nxt cycle with clomid and HCG.This wait is killing me .My Re told to come back on 23 aug for 21 day proges test and my levels was 11.5.
Does this level indicate good ovulation or good egg quality ?
can i get preg with 16 mm follicle?

Hi!
A 16mm follicle on day 11 may very possibly have grown to the right size (about 20mm)
by the time you ovulated.  Your progesterone level is good (like to see above 10) and indicates that you DID ovulate.  Your ultrasound correlates well.  There is about a 20%
chance that you did conceive on this cycle, since everything was in the right place at the right time.  Hope so!

Hi honey,When you ovulated your follicle would be bigger than 16mm.Think they have to be around 20mm at ovulation.And progesterone levels need to be more than 30 but think thats here in the uk.Mine was 94 so not sure if its too high.You probably did have a good size follicle when you ovulated so i wouldnt worry too much.Good luck and SSBD XX
