IUI Ques

Hi Dr.
Unfortunately i didnt get pregnant on my first IUI.This cycle i took clomid.I had an U/S yesterday (CD12) and my RE told me i had 2 good follicles (20mm and 16mm).Last cycle my E2 was 97 and this cycle E2 is 537.I didnt get surge yesterday.RE told me to come for IUI on  monday(CD15).She is going to do two inseminations.
since yesterday i am having cramps when straining while peeing.But today its better.
Are  my levels good?
Are IUIs on CD15 going to be late?
Did the U/S cause those cramps or its ovulation cramps or high e2?

I wish I had all the answers to your questions!
Two nice follicles is definitely a good thing!
Your estradiol is good too.
The cramping is probably coming from the ovaries, or possibly from fluid retention by the gut.  Nothing to worry about.  Too bad the inseminations couldn't have been done over the weekend, but you'll know by the ultrasound whether you ovulated or not.
The day of the surge is the best day.  Usually when two are done, they are done the day of the surge and the day after.  No better results from two than from one in most of the data.
