IVF shots and alcohol ?
Hello there. Yesterday we started our IVF shots, but we went out with our friends beforehand and I've got very tipsy. My husband gave me two injections at 7pm and I continued drinking. I am scared now. Can this affect the process ? By the way, can I drink alcohol within this process or rather not ? Thank you much for your answer.

Hi!
Alcohol will not affect your medications, and I don't think you have done any harm. Remember though, once the embryos are transferred, NO MORE BOOZE!
Also, your chances of success are probably better if you consume in moderation while in cycle. If your IVF does work, save that nice bottle of wine for the birthday.
