Infertility- Trying COMBO of these meds!??

Hi Doctor, a little hx about me, when I was 24 my OB put me on Clomid because we wer ehaving trouble getting pregnant. WELL after a year I was sick of it and begged him for an US and he blew me off, so needless to say I switched toa  different OB, who I adore. I told him Ive been trying for over a year with just taking clomid (every dose) and nothing worked sohe scheduled me an Internal/external US. well there ya go diagnosed with PCOS. im 5'3", 115 pnds . He prescribed metformin and 50mg clomid and in 3 weeks I was pregnant. Well at 22 weeks I went into Preterm labor (had contractions for 2 min, water broke) and I had to deliver, our son did not make it, DIAGNOSED with a an INcompetent cervix. We started trying again now its been 3 months , with metformin and 50mg clomid and NOTHING. So this month we are on Metformin, Clomid, Estrodial, and Crinone. Have you heard any success stories with this treatment? and with my situation?  DO you have any recommendations for me with my situation, like baby aspirin ect?!/?!? he did say next time we become pregnant he will insert a cerclage at 13weeks adn put me on progesterone for the rest of my pregnancy. PLEASE my husband and I want afamily so bad. I am now 26 and he  is 28. THANKS doctor

I'm so sorry that you lost your little boy!  A loss like that is devastating!
I'm glad the you found the courage to try again.  It is likely going to take some time.
One thing that you could consider adding is IUI.  Intrauterine insemination increases the pregnancy rate per cycle.  Another option would be to switch from Clomid to Femara, while continuing with the Metformin.  IVF of couse would be the next big step.
I think a cerclage would be a good idea, and perhaps 17 hydroxyprogesterone if you do conceive.
