Intra - uterine adhesions

We had been ttc for the last 3 1/2 yrs. Recently i had undergone hysteroscopy and had found intra uterine adhesion. Last month i had undergone hysteroscopic removal of adhesions. Both tubes are patent. Also the there is slight adhesion at the fimbria. Is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally? Does the foetus will have any abnormality due to the delayed discharge of the egg to the tubes?

You should check with your physician for details. From your note (only one adhesion in the uterus, and just a slight adhesion at the fimbria), it sounds as if your anatomy is not seriously impaired, which is a good thing! Whether or not you can get pregnant naturally depends on other factors also, such as your age, hormonal evaluation, partner's sperm count, etc. You and your provider know the big picture better than I do, when trying to answer the question about whether or not you can get pregnant naturally.
