LIGHT Pink Discharge

I have been ttc, for six months. I had sex on Dec. 1, then on Dec. 6 right after having sex, I had a very light pink discharge. And havent had it since. Im due to have af on12/23. I just get disappointed after neg. pt. Any suggestion to what could be wrong. I also had a very sharp cramping pain on my right side, felt by my overy, that was the night of 12/4. I had a tubal 2 1/2 yrs ago,which my left overy and tube was removed. Im losing hope in wheather I can concieve (conceive).

If you were my patient, I would recommend an HSG.  This is a test that determines whether your tube(s) are open or blocked.  When someone has a tubal pregnancy in one tube, very often, the other tube has some damage too.  IF your remaining tube is blocked, you won't be able to conceive (except by IVF). I would highly suggest doing this test before you waste much more time.  (Now that I said that, you are probably already pregnant ;)  )
Light pink discharge can just be due to irritation of the cervix from intercourse.  Regarding that, if you were my patient, I would do a pap smear and check for infection (STDs and others). If those were all fine, I would consider an ultrasound to look at the uterine lining and right ovary.

Yes, I have already done the HSG. And my doctor said everything was fine. My other tube is ok. I know it takes some time to conceive, Im just getting frustrated because Im counting all the time to see exactly  when I ovulate. Then when Im a day or two late on my period, I take a pg test and its neg, then I usually start. But I thought maybe the pink discharge was implantation bleeding. Thank You for your help!
