Hi!
If you were my patient, I would consider laparoscopic surgery for you.  I would want to look around inside and see if there was any evidence of nerve entrapment, or scar tissue caused by the previous surgery, or by whatever it was that caused you to have an ectopic pregnancy in the first place.  While I was looking, I would inject dye into the other tube to see if it was open or blocked.
If the tube didn't look good, I would possibly recommend IVF
Hope this helps!

Try to not stress.  Have you been to a fertility specialist and had your uterus checked for a septum?  As far as the leg pain, It is prob. sciatic nerve pain(would be my guess) I have had this for a long time as well and have had 1 ectopic 2 births and 3 miscarriages and am prego with my third.  You can try hot or cold compresses in the lower back or massage therapy.  Walking can help for some.
