Lh Surge

I have taken four ovluation predictor tests Monday to thursday and they have all come out positive.  What could this mean?

I have seen this happen in other patients too. If you were my patient, I would suggest doing a pregnancy test, to rule out that HCG is cross-reacting with LH.  I would also check your LH and FSH levels by blood test to be certain that they are not elevated consistent with premature ovarian failure or menopause.  Thyroid would be another good test to have done.
If everything turned out normal as far as the blood work goes, I would give you the same advice one of our forum members gave to another : "Once the predictors are positive, you can stop checking.  Those strips are expensive!"
This is actually pretty good advice, because once you know that you are in the "fertile window"  you should be having intercourse every day or every other day.
If you want more detailed answers to what is actually happening, ultrasound could be done to watch as the follicles grow and develop and are released.  Again, this is pricey.
