Low Progesterone

Hello,
I have undergone IVF FET on 08/08/11 I was on neogest shot for 7 days including the day of 5day blastocyst transfer, i tested for E2 and P4 on 11th and P4=12.5 E2=152, My RE suggested continuous shot gestofit everyday , after which the E2 has come to 200 and P4=45 but on day 2 and day 3 Progesterone was low , is there a possibility this could affect the chances of implantation of embryo...and as on today there is absolutely no symptoms like cramps/bleeding/sore b etc...do we need to read something into this

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would reassure you that progesterone levels fluctuate normally and there is no cause for alarm.  If the embryo implants successfully the progesterone levels will rise despite the dosage of progesterone. At this point, it is all up to the embryo.
