Depending upon what you want to do, you can buy progesterone itself at the health food strore.  There are many creams, etc available.  If you are trying to conceive, then it's a different story.  In that case, low progesterone means that you aren't ovulating.  One of the best "natural" remedies for anovulation is weight loss.  Many times losing as few as 10lbs can restore your cycles. If you are already thin, the story is a bit more complicated.
