Lumpy Noodle Like semen

My semen has recently turned lumpy and jelly like... and in the shape of noodles.
They are transparent and am having painful ejaculation. There is a white liquid that comes before the lumps.
This has been happening for around 3 months now. Kindly help.

I am not an expert on male conditions, so you may want to also post in the urology forum.
If you were my patient, I would be concerned about prostatitis.  I would probably ask if you had any risk factors for sexually transmitted diseases.  I would then run appropriate testing, and probably end up treating with antibiotics depending upon the results.
