Need Help plz

I had 3 failed IUI 's with clomid and 1 failed IUI without clomid.I took a break after that and this is my first cycle without meds. But still got period today . I did HSG test in June 2010 and reports came normal.My both tubes are open with normal shape uterus. I ovulate on my own and get period every month.Never missed a period in my life.MY DAY3 , FSH, Estradiol tests are normal.My Husband's sperm analysis reports are great.
What is wrong with me? I am really frustrated I cant find any answer.I dont want to do IVF.
Does HSG test show that my tubes are 100% good or Do i have to go for another tests ( if yes what r they ?)

Hi!
You have the most frustrating kind of infertility-- the unexplained kind.  There is one test you haven't mentioned, and that is laparoscopy.  I might be tempted to do this in your case, if you continue to have poor luck.  Endometriosis is what I would be looking for, and it can be fairly asymptomatic.  If you don't want to do IVF, there is pretty good evidence that just giving it more time will eventually get results.  I know that this can be extremely hard to do!
If you were my patient, one other thing I might try, is Femara rather than Clomid for a cycle.

Have you had other tests - like for bacterial infections (some can destroy sperm) or high killer cells (your immune system seeing an implanting egg as an invader, and destroying)? Everything else you said sounds like me (except I have also low ovarian reserve/high FSH) and my doctor has treated me for both of the above. There are other things that a lot of doctors don't test for and will affect you ability to conceive even with IVF. I am in my second cycle of Follistim (150 IU stepping down to 100) with IUI along with these treatments. This cycle I have 3 follicles so after a year of trying I am hoping for the best! (Previous cycle One Follicle on 100 IU)
