Ovarian drilling

Dear Sir/Madam,
Did ovarian drilling (laproscopy) on 24 May 10. Please let know what are the precautions to be taken for pregnancy? chances of pregnancy? Now am under treatment. today is Day 15. Dimension of follicle was 10x10 mm during 12th day. today has an appointment with my doctor for follicular study...

Please advice.

Hi!
No particular precautions are necessary.  Drilling theoretically works by altering the amounts of different hormones produced by the ovaries and allowing ovulation.
The dimensions of a healthy follicle should be approx 20mm just before ovulation.
If the ultrasound study revealed a nice dominant follicle of about this size, then good results were achieved with the drilling.  If not, some additional medications (Femara, Clomid, injectables) might do the trick.
