Ovulation

I just had a MC Aug 27th and I thought I O'd  Aug 15th but I'm not so sure now as I haven't got my period yet and I got a neg. beta Thursday.  I've noticed the past few days an increase in cerival muscos and was wondering if I possibly havne't O'd yet.  I've been having pregnancy symptoms for the past week and a half and wondered if you can have the same symptoms b-4 O as when pregnant.  My symptoms included nausea, vomiting, heartburn, sore breasts, tiredness and more Cervical muscos.  I haven't gotten a + OPK but I didn't last month either and got pregnant.

Summing it up is is possible I haven't O'ed yet and the pregnancy symptoms were pre O?

I'm now 5 weeks past my MC and I have NOT Ovualted.  I got a progestrone check yesterday and it was 4.28  so I'm thinking I might not O without clomid and it's going to be a long wait.

Thanks so much for your info my periods are very irregular.  I will get the progestrone check so I can at least know where I am.  I'm now 5 weeks past my MC and still no sign of my period.

I am a bit confused. How can you say that you ovulated Aug 15 and miscarried on Aug 27 if you have not gotten a +OPK, and have had a negative pregnancy test? Do you mean that you miscarried on August 27 and thought you ovulated Sept 15? If so, and your urine has not detected ovulation, then the way to ascertain your status is to do a blood test for a hormone called progesterone. If the progesterone is > 3, then you have ovulated in the recent past and if you do not get a period should get a pregnancy test also. If your periods are regular, then it is likely you are ovulating despite what your OPK testing says. If you periods are irregular, then you may need some more careful surveillance.
