Ovulation

I have pco and have had history of irregular periods. I had invitro 5 years ago and was pregnant for 14 days, and preg. terminated. However, since invitro my menses has regulated, but still no pregnancy. The other day I had intercourse with my husband and I think I was ovulating. After intercourse we noticed that there was a very milky white gluelike fluid on his penis, do you think ovulation was so strong and perhaps I may have conceived?

Hi!
Only time will tell.  One thing to check out, if your ovaries are working properly, is your tubes.  Have you had an HSG?  (hysterosalpingogram). This is an x ray study in which they inject dye to see whether your tubes are open or blocked.  If you were my patient, we would explore this option as our next step.  That is provided that you didn't conceive this cycle.  The jelly like discharge usually is a sign of ovulation--so who knows?
Best of luck!
