Plan B and Planned Pregnancy

I have taken Plan B to prevent a pregnancy a yr ago. Now that I am planning a pregnancy, could it affect my fertility?

It is quite unlikely that taking Plan B in the past would affect your fertility now.  Plan B works by delaying ovulation in the cycle in which it is taken, but beyond that cycle, there should be no effect at all since it is simply a synthetic progesterone.
