Hi I just had my first IUI done on Saturday February 27th and again on Sunday the 28th. Later in the evening on Sat. I felt slight cramps  around my left ovary and in my lower abdomen, but nothing too bad (just as the dr. said I would) The Dr. said I had 3 mature follies on the left. I go on the 8th for progesterone test and then preg. test on the 15th. I have pcos and have been on Metformin for almost a year. On Friday the 26th day before IUI she gave me a shot to ovulate and she told me on the 28th that I did ovulate.  On Monday the 8th my Dr. called me and said that my progesterone level was 25,but I am not sure what this means and would tomorrow be a good day to take a HPT? I have also been on Prometrium since March 3rd, one pill vaginally at bed time.

Hi!
A progesterone level of 15 is consistent with  viable pregnancy, so your number does NOT rule out pregnancy per se.  If you conceive on this cycle, the embryo should implant and start producing HCG at about 10 days, so you could consider doing pregnancy testing as soon as 10 days after the IUI date.
I hope this helps!
