Sperm Count help

My husband had a sperm test done and I would like help understanding some of it and what are my chances of pregnancy naturally and what we should do?

count is 10ml
volume is 3.0
ph is 8.4
motility is 50%
morphology is Normal

Its difficult to tell from your results above whether the count is normal or not.  The motility and morphology look good.  If the count is 10 million/ml, then it is a little low--but different labs use different normal values too, so it is best to discuss the test with your own MD.  The first thing to do it the sperm count is low, is to repeat the test.  Very often a different sample will have different results. If another test comes out on the low side, your doctor may then recommend IUI or intrauterine insemination.  In addition to that, your husband should be evaluated by a urologist, and sometimes medications are prescribed to increase the sperm count.

what is a normal sperm count???

from all the treatment i have had i belive the normal sperm count is 44 million, anything below 18 million is low we were told.
