Treatment for male infertility

My boyfriend is convinced that he's sterile. I think he may just have a low sperm count or something along those lines. He mentioned also having a narrow urethra and thinks that may be attributing to it.
How can we find out and what can be done about it?

The first thing to do is to get a semen analysis done.  This could be ordered by your doctor (gynecologist) or by his (urologist).  Depending upon what this shows, he may not need any further treatment.  If he does need something, the urologist would be a good starting point.
