I am NOT a doctor.  But from experience, I had fibroid.  See a fertility specialist to help find the problem.  Better now then later as the longer you wait the harder it will get

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you could start using ovulation predictors for better timing, if you wanted to.  If you are using them you want to have intercourse on the day or days that the test is positive.
If you are not using them, then you should be having intercourse daily or every other day during your fertile time (days 11-16).
It can take normal healthy couples up to one year of trying, so don't get discouraged.
Good luck!

We have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 years. We found out that he had a varicose vein blocking off flow to his testicles and he had surgery last october. Since then still no luck. I recently had hsg done.luckily everything came back normal. I dont know what we should do to help with the getting pregnant naturally. Also I hace asked my doctor about this she says its normal but when my husband and I have sex in the morning I have horrible pressure and pain. Not like a uti I know that pain but I can't even move for about an hour. Any ideas
