When will my period come after MC and levels at zero??

Hi there,
I'm very frustrated as I just finished with my second miscarriage...I miscarried on Feb 25th, it took until April 3rd for my levels to get to "3".  Well that was 11 days ago and still no period.  How long does it take to get a period after hitting zero?  Do I ovulate first and then get a period after levels hitting zero or was my period supposed to come right when they hit zero?  I'm so confused....
Thanks!

Yes you can get pregnant before having a period. There are many women on the maternal forum that did and so far all are doing fine.

You will ovulate first - then have a period.

If you have not had a period within the next 5-6 weeks, get a pregnancy test and a progesterone level (this is the hormone that goes up after you ovulate) and touch base with you ObGyn.

Thanks for the response!  Looks like the doctors are not consistent on this site at all.
Well it's been 2 weeks since my levels hit zero and still nothing.  I'm wondering if I even ovulated?  So frustrating.  Could I end up getting pregnant before I even get a period?

You will ovulate 1st then af should come about 2 wks after. Everyone is a little different as to when they o, though. I o'd 3 days after I got back to 0. I hope it happens soon for you.
