You will think I'm dumb, lol but I could use help...

Hi. I'm 34 with PCOS, and since treatment with Metformin, natural remedies, and self fertility massage I've had the best cycle yet. I had a week of fertile CM, and normally get only 1 day, also got my first +opk, and my temps look great. I ovulated 10 days ago. I've had some symptoms, but the only thing I didn't have last LP is sore BB's and the right BB is much more sore than the left. I stupidly tested late at night at it was techically 9 dpo (2am) then at just after midnight just into 10dpo. I know stupid right? Late night diluted urine, way too early. These tests have got me feeling I'm out this cycle. Everything else looks good including our timing. Does anyone know the quality/sensitivity of the tests that come with Fertibella? They look cheap, so I don't know. I would love some imput, as the 2WW can drive a sane person crazy, LOL. Thank you.
