Hi!
If you were my patient, I would want to do a hysterosalpingogram. This is a dye study to detect tubal blockage. Gonorrhea has a tendency to damage the fallopian tubes so that they scar shut and cause infertility.
The problem with doing the HSG is that it can re-activate old disease--so, many practicioners are reluctant to do the test in someone who has had a known STD, especially recently. You might want to start with an ultrasound first--that could be done to detect whether there are hydrosalpinges (swollen, dilated fallopian tubes).
It is rather likely that you have tubal factor infertility, and if you do conceive you must always think about the possibility of a tubal pregnancy!
If you do have tubal factor, there is a often a good chance of success with In vitro fertilization.
Hope this helps!

Okay thanks for answering, but i have a few more questions,
so most likely i wont be able to have a baby now?
is there anyway that i can reverse infertility?
what do i look for in a ultra sound?
what should i ask my doctor or a ob/gyn for?
Sorry, but doctors keep telling me that my chances of being infertility has rised but they don't seem to be all that interested in finding out..So i am just trying to figure out what to do.
