Hi!
The answer to both of your questions is yes.  If you were my patient, I would advise you that the polyps were probably caused by the medications used to stimulate your ovaries during IVF and IUI cycles.  They may have played a role in your infertility recently, but are probably not the only problem.
Have you considered donor eggs?  After 11 years, it may be time to try something like donor eggs or a gestational surrogate if you really want to have a baby.
Good luck!

Thanks for your advice. My doctor had suggested me for donor eggs but i am not ready for that. At this point of time should i first go for polyps treatment and then for infertility treatment? there are two adjecent polpi each approx 14mm * 4 mm size in proximal cervical canal ending at the level of isthumus. More endometrial polpi ranging in long axis b/w 7mm -14 mm also present.
Please advice me.
Thanks
