clomid

My Doucter tall me i showd do Clomid iui or injectables iui but i was thinking to take clomid 50 mg and intercuers ,by the way i have oveltion every month, but i needs clomid ,my question is i can tray clomid and intercuers with out iui and when is a good time to do intercuers with clomid?

Hi!
If you start with the first day of your period = cycle day 1,
and you take clomid on CD 3 through CD 7,
Your ovulation predictors should show an LH surge on CD 12 and ovulation should occur on CD 14.
If possible, you should have intercourse every day on cycle days 11 through 16.
If you ovulate, you should either have a positive pregnancy test or a period by cycle day 28.  You should ask your doctor to test your progesterone level on cycle day 21 to confirm ovulation.
By the way, if you can, discuss Femara with your doctor--I like it much better than Clomid, especially for women who are already ovulating.
