cone biopsy and conception

cone biopsy and conception

Hi All,
I had just had a cone biopsy on 4/21 then began my period 2 days later. I'm just wondering if this procedure will affect my ability to conceive this cycle?

I had a cone biopsy followed by a LEEP a little over 3 years ago and conceived 3 months later (ended in m/c) will having multiple biopsies make it harder to conceive?

I  know I should have asked the dr while I was there but I was so nervous about having the biopsy that I could think of nothing else.

thanks!!

I had a LEEP about 10 years ago.  In  my recent bloodwork at the specialist, the RE, they said I had myoplasia, I think it is the remainer of the virus.  My DH and I went on antiobiotics for ten days.  We didn't conceive that month with IUI.  We have been TTC for 20 months or so.

This too was my concern, was my cervix scared and this caused us problems?  Well, we will try IUI again this month.  However in all my reasearch on the Internet, this should have no effect on fertility.  During my cancer scare when I was 22 years young, I asked will this affect my chances of having kids, my doctor said I should have them sooner than later, I was single at the time.  Oh well, I think you will be fine but call your doc too!
