Hi I'm 23 n I have a 1 year old son I started out with a blighten ovum then a mth later I got pregnant wit him my body is so confusin I just up n took a test wit him bt nw my period came early its a lil dark red bt slightly bleedin lil brown n b4 I had bck pains n stomach ache n nausae could I b pregnant if nt pregnant me n my fiance r tryin 2 concieve (conceive) wat could be the best way 2 speed up the process

Hi!
Anytime the period or cycle is not normal, I recommend a pregnancy test.  Especially if there are other symptoms, such as nausea or pain.
If you are having trouble conceiving, a good place to start is your general doctor's office.  He/she can order some basic tests and help you figure out if there are some medications that can help speed things up for you.
