does clomid 50mg and stresstabs with zinc vitamin E

Dear my sperm count as mentioned below:
volume = 4.5ml
liquefication = 20 min
sperm count = 14.6 million
immediately motile = 40%
after 1hr = 20%
after 3hrs = 10%
after 24hrs = 0%
mtility score result= 1
normal sperm = 35%
abnormal head = 36%
abnormal body = 17%
abnormal tail = 12 %
viscosity = viscoid
reaction = alkaline
colour = grey white
wbc = 2-3 / hpf
epithelial cells =  -
so the doctor give me stresstabs with zinc & vitamin E and clomid everyday 1 tablets for 60days, please tell me what's the chance for pregnancy and your suggestion to me.

As you are aware, there are some values in your test that would not be considered normal.  Clomid works for both men and women, to increase the production of gametes ( sperm for men).  It takes approximately 3 months for the body to manufacture a sperm, so there won't be any difference for at least that long.
If you and your wife were my patients, I would want to re-do the semen analysis at the end of the three months.
I would also suggest considering Intrauterine insemination.  In this procedure, the sperm sample is treated and concentrated and then injected into the woman's uterus.
Pregnancy rates with IUI are higher than without.

It is not a terribly expensive procedure.
I would say you have an excellent chance for pregnancy!

Do you mean 60days is not engouth for the body to manufacture a sperm?
and is my sperm count & motility in danager stage which we can't increase and what's the percentage by using clomid50 mg with stresstabs with zinc.

and for your information the dr said to me re-do the semen analysis at the of the three months.
