early miscarriage

Well, I have many things that I am dealing with. I have been dx with PCOS. I was pregnant twice and lost both before the 10th week. The last one was on July 4 of this year. I was recently placed on aspirin and birth control. My question is I have finished the first month of birth control and I have not started my period, is this normal? Should I start this months, or should i wait?

It is possible that it is normal, but before doing anything else, if you were my patient, I would run a pregnancy test.  If the test was negative, I would then advise you to continue the pills.  Have you considered Metformin?  It really helps the insulin resistance associated with PCOS and some studies show a reduction in miscarriage rates in pregnant users.  If you were my patient, I would definitely give this one a try!
