Hi!
If you were my patient, I would try to reassure you that minor pain and cramping, sometimes be bleeding can be normal.  If the pain is minor and there are no other symptoms, I would recommend rest, Acetominophen, and plenty of fluids.  The time period between the transfer and the first pregnancy test is very difficult for everyone!
Good luck!

good luck to you! I did not do IVF but from what I have read sometimes that pain can be from implantation! Keep me posted! God bless!
