What is the interpretation of the following in simple english"the cervical canal is elongated with bulky uterine outline,the fallopian tubes are demonstrated with spills but perifimbrial contrast loculations.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that your result means that your fallopian tubes are open (not blocked) but possibly scarred (loculations are little pockets of the dye that they use to "see" your tubes.  Fimbria are the ends of the tubes.
I would have to review the films myself, but would be optimistic because the tubes are open.
