Hi!
MOST 27 year old women with healthy partners under 50 years of age, will conceive within one year of unprotected intercourse.  I will often do some baseline hormone testing after 6 months.  One other possibility to consider is doing ovulation predictors, although I sometimes think these cause more problems than they solve.
IF you have any history of endometriosis/STDs/irregular periods/genetic diseases in the family, you might want to get a consultation sooner.  Otherwise, just do what comes naturally!  ;)
Good luck!

Thank you for the reply. my periods are regular and no history of any diseases you mentioned above. As i asked you about my underweight. I cheked my thyriod 3-4 years ago when i went to my country. came out as normal/ no problam in there. may be i should wait for few more months. before I go to see the dr. I used pre-seed lubricant on my last cycle. and waiting very very very patiently for the outcome. Hope this time it works:). Thank you again for your reply Dr. B
