flu like symptoms and ovulation

This week is supposed to be the week my husband and I are ttc but I'm having flu like symptoms and my temp has not pass 97.03. I've been taking a saline nasal spray and mucinex because of congestion. My husband wants to keep the week going because of progesterone blood work on 6/1. My OPK has been neg. but last night my cervical mucus was very thin and stretchy like eggwhites. By me exhibiting flu like symptoms, can it delay ovulation or ovulation won't happen at all? I'm so worried because this is my last cycle of clomid. I almost forgot I've been cold wearing a jacket and I live in southern Louisiana.

You probably have a viral infection, and this could throw off your temperature charting. I would continue to test, and have intercourse at least every couple of days over the weekend. Your progesterone test on June 1 will tell the final story. You have nothing to lose by trying; urine ovulation tests are not always accurate 100% of the time.
