girlfriend getting pregnant

okay so my girlfriend had my son a month ago and we had sex and didn't use pretection and now she has cramps and she doesn't bleed as much anymore. what can this be a sign of? please get back to me! i need help here! idk what to do!

If your girlfriend was my patient, I would probably advise her that the cramping is just a response to sexual activity, and will probably subside.  She could take something such as Ibuprofen or Aleve in the meantime.  Bleeding after a baby tends to come and go.  It may get lighter for awhile and then heavier again --that is pretty normal.
It IS possible to get pregnant again right away, so if that is not your goal, you might want to use something for protection. Also, I ALWAYS recommend doing a pregnancy test, whenever there is any uncertainty.
