The morning after pill has no long term effects. Once it is out of your system, it is gone completely. It commonly makes people very sick, and is often prescribed with an anti-nausea pill too.
Given your history, if you were my patient, I would order an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to be sure your tubes are not
blockedBlocked tear duct. If the tubes are fine, it could
simplySimply sleep be that you just need more time to get pregnant. You didn't mention if you are trying now, or for how long. There are several other issues worth investigating too.

Do u realize that you are taking risk by having physical relationship with multiple partners? U must use a contraceptive or alternatively ask your partner to use condom. This will not only prevent you from unwanted/unplanned pregnancy, but also save you from various STDs. and if you are eager to conceive, please go to the doctor, and get your partner also checked, so that if there is some health issues, they can be sorted out before you start planning for the baby. I am sure, every woman wants to have a healthy pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby, so please these steps are extremely important.
Also if you have some infertility issue, or your partner is having low sperm count, it can be treated.Though you have taken morning after pill once, and it should not affect the fertility, as far as possible, do not make it a habit. All the best for your future, God bless you!
