how to boost sperm count.

i went for sperm test few weeks ago  and the result shows that my sperm count is low and am newly married what can ldo to improve my sperm count

Hi!
There are a couple of things to try.  First of all, I always recommend an examination by a urologist--sometimes there is a varicoceole or other condition that can be corrected by surgery that will improve the sperm count.  Also, Clomid is a medication used to boost fertility in women and it also works in men.  Proxeed is a nutritional supplement that has shown some promise for boosting the sperm count.
Finally, it is important to abstain from intercourse for at least 3 days before the sperm test is done--so you may also want to repeat the test.
