i am 44 and had 4 unsuccessfull attempts at ivf

I am 44 and have had 4 attempts at ivf  2000-2004 eggs were good quality but i miscaried at 9 weeks each time. I gave up hope after that untill last year when i discovered a clinic in london called arcg  who specialises with older women and those that have failed elsewhere so i went for the treatment and am on the monitoring cycle they discovered i had a hydrasalpinx in my left tube and advised me to get tube removed and resume treatment. I was not able to get tube removed as the gyno said it was too close to the bowel and for reasons of safety he clipped the tube with filshie clips and drained the fluid. i had opp mid nov but am still tender and sore in the area and feel discomfort and pain. i want to go for the ivf but uneasy at the moment and age and time is rapidly against me, what do i do ?

I also read your next post, and am wondering if the recurrent hydrosalpinx isn't the culprit.  Also, the constipation needs to be attended to!
