i wanna to concieve(conceive) but no luck so far

i've had two ectopic pregnancies the first was the result of my left tube removed and the last was the methotrexate shot and that was on 06 and 07 and i have not been able to concieve (conceive) and my menestration comes on different times each month wat do i do

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would consider recommending IVF for you.
From the sounds of it, your right tube is probably also damaged, and IVF might be your best option.  There is also a test called an hsg (hysterosalpingogram) that could be used to determine how badly damaged that right tube is, and whether it might be repairable.

im trying to conceive for a few months im 32 my husband is 35 both healthy no children i had a m/c dec 2009 very early pregnance and we have just started trying for a baby the last 3-4 months now,my cycles are different i can go from a 26 day cycle to a 29 day cycle all different each month iv no patience for trying with opk i messed up trying with them the first time so i dont want to be wasting money on them,i had my last cycle the 11th sept 2011 and on day 17th day i had a very light bleed maroon in colour and nothing after that it lasted 1 day but i had cramps with it also,im due on any day now and spotting is occuring so i no im not pregnant can someone please help with me 26-29 day cycles and maybe help me pinpoint ovulation :)
