infertitlity and endometriosis

am 40 yr with stage 3 endometriosis trying to have a baby, but my pains are coming back.....my ovaries during ovulations are like on fire.....................is it time for me to have HYSTERECTOMY and accept the truth.......? last laparoscopy i had 6 months ago, my last period was excrutiating, pelvic area felt like on fire for 2 weeks than it stopped........i felt fine....next period is comming i feel it....

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would do some ovarian reserve testing--a day 3 FSH and an ultrasound with antral follicle test.  If you have a good ovarian reserve, I would have a long discussion about a surrogate--and ASAP!
If your ovarian reserve is poor, I would encourage you to consider surgery and adoption.  Don't wait forever when you could be a mommy right now!

thank you for respond. I had some test done dr told me Tests were fine, my ovarian reserve had 12 follicles and test was done 8 months ago....my tubes are clear, that's what my surgeon told, but so far I did not get pregnant. Now Iam having period, it's pretty quiet but last months i had pains, ..............i am not for surrogacy......so I will see........
