is it possible

took clomid days 3-7 on day 10 went for ultrasound they were unable to get clear view of left ovary which has been having atleast 2 follicles ready for trigger ( i only have the left tube so the right side doesnt take presidence) went back in day 13 for ultrasound where they found a cyst approx 40mm. is it possible that there was two follicles and atleast one released? they didnt do trigger do to the cyst.

It is possible that you ovulated naturally, although it is also possible that the cyst "prevented" ovulation.  If you DID ovulate, you should expect your period on  about cycle day 28 (or, even better a positive pregnancy test).
If you don't have either one of these, contact your RE for instructions--sometimes with a cyst, it can be necessary to induce a period so that you can start cycling again.
