I am 24ys old and presently a heavy drinker but I'm starting to believe that I may be suffering with very low fertility when I observe the density of my ejaculate. Is there any way in conjunction with stopping my alcohol consumption to reverse alcohol damage and increase sperm count? Help I'll like to have a kid or two some day

Hi!
Alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana are all detrimental to male fertility.  Its difficult to tell about the sperm count by simply looking at the ejaculate, so you may be completely fine, but I would never counsel you to continue heavy alcohol use!  Moderate consumption shouldn't be too problematic.  If you find you have difficulty stopping, consider AA --they are a really great group!
Finally, as BabyAnderson notes above, sperm takes 3 months to "manufacture" so you will not notice any  changes for at least that amount of time.
Kids are definitely worth the tradeoff!
Good luck!

Sperm regenerates every 3 months per my RE, She told us to avoid alcohol, tobacco and caffeine for 3 months prior to the sperm analysis. My DH had super sperm when we got the results. Have you tested before?
