hi im on day 9 of when my embros where put back, yesterday i had stopping and really bad cramp, is this normal? im going out of my mind,

Well, you should be able to test very soon, and know for sure.  I have many many posts about cramping, and quite a few about spotting.  I usually don't interpret these either way, since I have seen both positive and negative results.  Don't give up hope!

I am in the exact same situation as you.  I had my embryos put back in 9 days ago as well and I've had cramping since Tuesday.  I talked to my nurse and she said it's completely normal. I'm also doing accupuncture and she said it's normal as well.  I still fear the worst... but hopefully the cramping is a good sign for both of us.

Moderate to severe cramping, breast tenderness, and constipation are some of the few s/s one may experience s/p ET.  Hope all is well and try not to stress.
