HI!
You just can't go by the symptoms when you're going through IVF.  So many of the symptoms are related to the medications that you are taking that it is impossible to know which are caused by the embryos, if any.  Also, early pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms are very similar, so the only thing to do is follow your instructions, take good care of yourself, and wait for your pregnancy test results.
