low sperm count

I just got info back from my doctor about my husband's sperm it was 39000000 million. Is that very low? Also I'm on day 4 of Clomid. I'm not sure what to do to increase his sperm count for this month.

Hi!
A normal sperm count is 15-20 millon, so your husband's would fall into the normal range unless you made a typo.  If he does have a low sperm count or otherwise abnnormal semen analysis, the thing I would do for my own patient, Is IUI or intrauterine insemination which can increase the number of healthy sperm that have access to the egg.
Good luck!
