Ok, i just been told that i need my Gall bladder removed. and i was woundering on top of other things if it would effect us in having a family?
I'm a month late on my cycle and they did a urine test and it came out negative.
My cycles has been off before and the obgyn would just swab me and give me medication to bring the cycle down.
I thought he would have done an ultra sound too.
My cervix hurts a lil'. as well as my overies?
What should i do?
My appointment to dr to schedual my opperation is wensday.
please help me.

Hi!
See if they can do a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.  That is removal of the gall bladder with the laparoscope--this is definitely the way to go if it is possible to do so.
I doubt that it will change anything much about your cycles though. It sounds to me like you need something to help you ovulate.  My two favorite medicines are Metformin ( if you have polycystic ovaries) and Femara which helps you to produce an egg every month.   Right now you are probably ovulating every once and a while.  If you took the medications above, you could probably boost that up to every month.  That would really improve you chances of conception.  If you are having pain in your pelvic area, you could ask your surgeon to take a look at your uterus and ovaries--just to make sure they are healthy and without scar tissue or infection.
