ovarian drilling done.

I have done my ovarian drilling, dye test and hysteroscopic laproscopy this July 14th. what are the chances of pregnancy ? and what precautions should be taken after this surgery ?

If you were my patient, I would follow the next cycle closely to see if you become ovulatory.  (I am assuming that there was a problem with ovulation as the reason for the drilling procedure).  I would consider the following tests:  Ultrasound on cycle day 10-11 to check for developing follicle.  OPKS to determine LH surge.  Ultrasound around day 14-16 for endometrial thickness and evaluation of corpus luteum, and a progesterone level on cycle day 21-22.  I would hope to see a nice follicle and a good progesterone level.  If I didn't see these things, I would consider begining some medications such as Clomid/Femara/Metformin.
