pcos help

hi i have pcos and for the last 4 months maybe more i have had spottings of blood throughout the month somtimes a brown colour i may have a period aswell please can you help

If you were my patient, I would do an ultrasound to have a look at the lining of your uterus.  It sounds to me like you very likely have quite a build up or thickening of the lining.  If so, and you are over 35, or had other risk factors for cancer of the uterus, I would do an endometrial biopsy.  If you are under 35 and have no major risk factors I would treat you with progesterone for 14 days to clean the uterine lining out.
The next step is to keep it from building up again.  Here, it depends upon your goals--if you want a baby, I would start you on Metformin and Femara.  If you don't, I would probably recommend oral contraceptive pills.
