Hello,iam 28 y woman ,i got married at 16 y and i have 3 boys by now,i removed my IUD without hormone in Augest 2010 and my period is always on time i have a 25 days cycle ,i had periods on augest,sep,oct, in November i missed my period which was supposed to come on the day 25 of my cycle ,i rushed and made a clearblue pregnancy test it showed a big fat positive !!! few days later i started bleeding and my period came as normal but a few days late, i think it was a checmical pregnancy ,then i had my period in 2 Jan 2011 and now in 27 Jan exactly on time ,my question is :why am i not getting pregnant again ???and what does that chemical pregnancy means?does that mean i suffer from a firtility problem ????or should i wait more ?i have to add that my husband's age is 42 and ( i noticed that his ejaculation is not that much in quantity its about 2 full table spoons ) is that normal??

Hi!
I agree with ttc that you probably just haven't waited long enough.  A chemical pregnancy IS a pregnancy, it is just one that stopped developing very early.  It usually indicates NORMAL fertility, and I usually take it as a good sign of things to come.
If you and your husband continue trying, I suspect that you will succeed soon.  I hope it is a girl!

Hi Niso,
It is currently considered perfectly normal to take up to a year to conceive.  Most MDs won't see you until you guys have tried for over 1yr.  Definitely start taking prenatal vitamins and maybe it's not a bad idea for your hubby to take a multi-vita as well.  Also, take your temp before getting out of bed..just to see if your ovulating...oh yeah..and chart it.
