pregnancy after dnc

hi, i had 2 go 4 dnc in my 12 weeks of prgncy.and after 3-4 weeks of dnc my first cycle had started.it was normal as b4 it used 2 be.bt after 10 days i hv seen spotting........dont knw whether i shud consider this as my second cycle  or what plz suggest me regarding this. and when shud i plan 4 ttc as i m luking frwrd 4 it.wat if i start right away 4 ttc. plz hep me out.

I'm sorry for the delay in response--was very ill for awhile

It can be very difficult to determine what is what soon after a d&c.  Most practitioners recommend a waiting time of approx. 3 months before trying to conceive after a d&c.
This is to give the uterus a chance to heal, and the cycles a chance to normalize.
There is also a statistically slightly higher chance of a second miscarriage for pregnancies conceived immediately following a d&c.

Probably best to wait a little bit and cycles should normalize within 8-12 weeks.  If not, I would suggest a call to your doctor at that point.
